1:00 pm – 2:30 pm: Career Panel (professionals from industry, government, and academia)
2:30 pm – 4:00 pm: Grad School Panel (current Graduate Students)
1:30 pm – 5:00 pm: 4 professional development workshops about succeeding in grad school, networking, finding the best career, etc.
5:00 pm – 8:00 pm: Expo hall opening reception, Grad School Fair, and Undergraduate Poster Session.
6:00 pm – 9:00 pm: YCC/SCC Dinner, off-site at the local Science Museum. (Mostly for grad students and a smaller collection of SCC mentors)

Monday, October 3:
8:00 am – 4:30 pm: Oral Technical Sessions
9:00 am – 4:00 pm: Expo Hall Open
4:30 pm – 6:00 pm: Ceremony commemorating Kodak Research Park as a National Historic Chemical Landmark.
6:00 pm – 9:00 pm: Regional Awards Ceremony and Banquet at Kodak.

Tuesday, October 4:
8:00 am – 4:30 pm: Oral Technical Sessions
8:00 am – 3:00 pm: Expo Hall Open
12:00 noon – 1:30 pm: WCC Luncheon
4:30 pm – 5:30 pm: YCC/SCC Mixer, all invited.
5:30 pm – 6:30 pm: Harrison Howe Award Plenary Lecture by Wilfred van der Donk.
6:30 pm – 8:30 pm: Poster session and Networking Mixer.

Wednesday, October 5:
