We are excited to offer a high school program for science teachers, which will be held during the Northeast Regional Meeting of the ACS on Sunday, October 2, 2022. The workshops will provide professional learning experiences and opportunities to collaborate with other science educators.
We are currently building our high school program and would like to extend an invitation to you to present a workshop. Possible workshop topics could include, but certainly are not limited to the following: Next Generation Science Standards, phenomena-based instruction, social-emotional learning, developing inclusive classrooms, technology, and science education, authentic assessment strategies, literacy in the science classroom, using models in instruction, or make & takes.
It would be great to add you to our program of presenters, so let us know if you are interested in presenting at the high school program. Each session is planned for 50 minutes, including a question period. If you have any questions, please reach out to Dan Roberti or Marie LoRe,
Looking forward to seeing you on Sunday, October 2, 2022, so be sure to mark your calendars!
